What we hear from Malaysian leadership teams
"We keep hearing about AI but our team doesn't know where to start."
Most staff have used a chatbot once, out of curiosity — not as a working habit. The gap usually isn't ambition, it's a structured, hands-on introduction that fits their actual job.
"Our best technical performers keep getting promoted into leadership roles they were never actually trained for."
Technical skill and people leadership are different muscles. Without deliberate development, new managers default to whatever style they experienced themselves — often not a good one.
"We have an HRDC levy sitting unused and don't know what to spend it on."
Unclaimed levy is a common story. We help you match it to training your team will actually use — not a generic course booked just to use up the balance.
"We keep sending staff for training that doesn't change anything back at work."
Generic, one-size-fits-all courses rarely stick. Our programmes are built around real workplace scenarios, so what's learned in the room gets used on Monday morning.
"Our departments don't communicate — everything is siloed."
Digitalisation projects usually fail on people and process, not technology. Team building that's tied to how you actually work closes that gap faster than a trust-fall exercise.
"We don't know if we're actually ready to digitalise."
An honest readiness conversation before you commit budget saves you from buying the wrong system — or training staff on tools your business isn't set up to use yet.

Most programmes are HRDC claimable
OPERiONPlus is a registered HRD Corp training provider. If your organisation contributes to the HRD Corp levy, most of our AI, digital transformation, cybersecurity and leadership programmes can be claimed against it — we'll help you check eligibility and prepare the claim.

Questions people usually ask
Is OPERiONPlus an HRDC-claimable training provider?
Yes. OPERiONPlus is an HRD Corp registered training provider and most of our programmes are HRDC claimable. Claimability depends on your organisation's levy status and the specific programme — we'll confirm this with you before you commit.
What is OPERiONPlus, and how is it different from a typical training vendor?
OPERiONPlus is the training and capability-development arm of the OPERiON group, founded in 2007. Because the group also builds software and runs PDX, our training reflects what's actually happening in Malaysian workplaces.
What kind of AI training do you offer for non-technical staff?
Practical AI tools, prompting, and responsible/safe use for day-to-day work — built for managers, admin, HR and operations staff without a technical background.
Do you only run public training, or can you do in-house sessions?
Both — and online too. We run scheduled public sessions any organisation can send staff to, customised in-house programmes at your premises or ours, and live online/virtual delivery for teams that aren't based near Penang or prefer a remote format, all scoped to your team's workflows.
Who has OPERiONPlus worked with?
OPERiONPlus has delivered training to organisations including GS-Yuasa Battery Malaysia, TGL Corporation and Kalyx Consultants Group, and has trained 500+ people to date.
How do I know which programme is right for my team?
Start with a consultation — tell us the problem you're trying to solve and we'll recommend a programme, format and claim path, not just sell you the nearest course.
